Overview
TaskUpNext helps users connect task and calendar tools so tasks can be planned against available calendar time. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices users have.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Task information users choose to connect from supported task tools.
- Calendar information users authorize from Google Calendar, such as calendar lists, event details, availability, and scheduling metadata.
- Product usage information, such as settings, connection status, sync activity, and error logs needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
- To connect user-selected task and calendar services.
- To create, preview, update, and manage scheduling plans requested by the user.
- To maintain account settings, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
- To communicate service-related updates or respond to support requests.
Google User Data
TaskUpNext uses Google user data only to provide calendar connection, availability, and scheduling features that users request. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless required for security, legal compliance, support requested by the user, or with the user's explicit permission.
TaskUpNext's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate TaskUpNext, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to protect the rights and security of TaskUpNext.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may disconnect connected services or request deletion of their account data by contacting us.
Users can revoke TaskUpNext's Google Calendar access at any time from their Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting Google Calendar in TaskUpNext. Revoking access stops future calendar sync. Users may also request deletion of stored Google OAuth tokens and related account connection data by emailing support@taskupnext.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to information and protect credentials and tokens used by connected services.
