Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TaskUpNext. By using the service, users agree to these terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use TaskUpNext.
Service
TaskUpNext provides tools for connecting task managers and calendars, reviewing task information, and generating scheduling plans. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the product develops.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of task, calendar, and account information they connect.
- Users must have permission to connect any account, calendar, or task tool they authorize.
- Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or violate applicable laws.
Connected Services
TaskUpNext may rely on third-party services such as Google Calendar, task tools, authentication providers, and hosting providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions and Trials
If TaskUpNext offers paid plans, free trials, or promotional access, the pricing and billing terms shown at signup apply. Users are responsible for canceling before a trial or billing period renews if they do not want continued access.
Disclaimers
TaskUpNext is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduling suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, and users remain responsible for reviewing calendar changes before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskUpNext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
Users may stop using TaskUpNext at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates risk, or uses the service in a way that could harm other users or systems.
