TASK⌃NEXT

How TaskUpNext works

A focused tool that answers one question: given my tasks and my calendar, what should I actually be doing right now?

The problem

Whether your tasks live in Todoist, Asana, ClickUp or TaskUpNext, a long list alone does not tell you what fits between meetings.

A rescheduled meeting changes the time you have. A new urgent task changes what matters. Rebuilding the plan by hand takes time away from the work itself.

TaskUpNext brings tasks and calendar time into one plan. It uses deadlines, priorities, estimated effort and available time to schedule realistic blocks and show what does not fit.

What it does

1

Bring or create your tasks

Keep using Todoist, Asana or ClickUp, or create and manage tasks, notes and projects in TaskUpNext. Another task app is optional.

2

Plan around Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar to plan around your commitments. Deadlines, priorities, estimated effort, working hours and available time shape what can be scheduled.

3

Choose where your blocks go

Select the Google Calendar where TaskUpNext writes task blocks, including a separate calendar if you prefer. During sync, TaskUpNext updates its own blocks and removes outdated ones as the plan changes.
