  • Connected ClickUp through the Nango hub with per-user OAuth, task pulls, and disconnect support.
  • Mapped ClickUp priority, due dates, and time estimates into TaskUpNext scheduling, plan previews, and auto-sync.
  • Added ClickUp migration snapshots plus restore into ClickUp lists, including list creation for missing projects.

Asana restore and branding polish

  • Preserved Asana projects when restoring task snapshots so recovered tasks keep their workspace context.
  • Fixed Asana task restore behavior from saved snapshots.
  • Added admin controls for theme and logo settings.
  • Refined the active theme colors across the homepage preview and connected integration states.
  • Updated the favicon chevron to match the current mark.

Asana sync, backups, and cleanup

  • Enabled automatic Asana sync through Nango, including more resilient connection lookup and popup handling.
  • Expanded task capture, task backup, migration snapshots, and restore history.
  • Scanned Asana project tasks by default and normalized Asana priority settings across profile, sync, and backup flows.
  • Added support for clearing TaskUpNext-created Asana blocks and for using a caret calendar task icon.

Connection hub and Asana foundation

  • Built the connection hub foundation and unified setup into the dashboard connection hub.
  • Tuned setup visibility so configured and unconfigured connectors appear in the right places.
  • Marked Asana as a planned hub connector, then wired Asana through Nango.
  • Fixed the Asana setup connector flow.

Priority colors and scheduling polish

  • Added priority color settings and made calendar blocks default to priority colors.
  • Clarified Google priority color settings in the profile experience.
  • Queued tasks after the workday ends instead of forcing them into the wrong window.
  • Fixed mobile task row layout and simplified admin access UI.

Task backup, planning limits, and public metadata

  • Added task backup, analytics, and migration snapshots, including Asana task migration snapshots.
  • Added task planning limits and counted maximum days as work days.
  • Moved connector setup behind onboarding and synced auth with profile settings updates.
  • Refined the homepage calendar preview and added crawler metadata plus a sitemap.

Calendar automation and admin control plane

  • Built out the admin control plane, admin API access for Clerk admins, profile settings, and a service bridge.
  • Added profile connection controls, calendar targeting, calendar block cleanup, and Google Calendar availability settings.
  • Made calendar sync automatic, refreshed sync tokens, and improved production sync storage.
  • Added configurable calendar event title formats, default task duration, weekend and start-of-week settings, and Todoist links in calendar blocks.

Onboarding, connector controls, and light mode

  • Introduced setup-first onboarding, a clearer homepage value proposition, and the footer changelog link.
  • Added a scrolling tool ecosystem row while keeping live setup cards focused on currently connectable integrations.
  • Added Google and Todoist disconnect flows plus a connector template API.
  • Made light mode the default and cleaned up signed-out landing states.

Landing page, OAuth, auth, and logo work

  • Overhauled the landing page, dashboard, explainer, and connector test UI.
  • Added Vercel API routes and fixed Google OAuth, cookie domain, callback, and calendar check behavior.
  • Added debug endpoints for auth and calendar diagnostics.
  • Added JWT/admin auth, moved through Clerk integration, and refined the logo mark and hero layout.
